Temporary internet files can contain all sorts of information. This may include things such as your recent shopping history, entered passwords and emails which could be access by anyone or even a hacker! Another reason to delete this is that it takes up valuable space, which - if you are someone who uses their computer a lot - can be a real pain! Temporary Internet files should not be kept for more than a week.
A simple way to delete temporary files would include using your 'disk cleanup' utility. Just click on the program and check the box next to 'temporary files.' Then confirm the delete.
It will be there in your Temporary Internet Files.

It could be because some of your emails are under investigation for being spam or illegal emails, but if that was the case your email probably would have been frozen. It might be a problem with your computer in which case you should clear all your temporary Internet files by clicking in Internet explorer tools then delete browsing history then temporary Internet files, restart your computer then try again.
When you use a web browser to access a page on the Internet, it is usually made up of several files - each image will be at least one file, there may well be "flash" elements also separate files. The browser will keep local copies of these files and the next time you go to that webpage, instead of downloading all the image and flash files again, it uses the local copies. These local copies are temporary Internet files. You can safely delete them, and the next time you go to a website, the entire page will be downloaded again.l
Depends on the browser you are using, i would highly recommend a little program called Ccleaner, what it does is it deletes your cookies, internet history, and temporary internet files for any browser you have installed.
Yes because if you deleted the folder what would hold the files?
You can not delete files or records from your backup or log files. This would defeat the purpose of having a solid, accountable record history.
It's not a good idea, if you need the space, change the amount that system restore uses, and the amount that windows uses for temporary internet files and the recycling bin uses first. I would NOT recommend deleting system volume info, it's hidden for a reason.
In my opinion, it depends on what you use most on your computer. Most users browse the internet, so it would be the Temporary Internet Files group. Another is Recycle Bin because it has a bigger file/size capacity.
You can't. Just don't visit sites you're not allowed to. I would also avoid using stuff like Facebook and Twitter on them as well, because sometimes schools don't allow deleting of cookies or temporary Internet files as well. (If you logged onto any site, remember to log out.)
