Ok this sounds odd, but my french teacher said if you want to learn french, WATCH FRENCH TV, it will help with studying, also study french, but you can learn how to SPEAK well by watching the tv, good luck!

First if the Muslim child is born for an Arabic family then he/she learns Arabic from the family and community as; e.g.; the French child learns French from his/her family and french community. Do you mean 'How are the French taught French?'. They would learn it the same way you learned English as a baby. Your French lessons would be more like their English lessons than their French lessons.
