To stop wall chalking, first, communicate clearly with those responsible, explaining the negative impacts on the environment and property. Implement community guidelines or policies that discourage graffiti and chalking, and offer designated areas for artistic expression. Additionally, consider installing protective coatings on walls to make cleaning easier or organize community art projects to channel creativity in a more constructive way. Engaging local artists in mural projects can also promote positive art while reducing vandalism.

Chalking is caused by the existing paint failing. The best way to temporarily remove it is with a good pressure washing. Make sure that your get the building sealed prior to applying a new coat of paint, or the failing paint (which is causing the chalking) will continue to bleed through and prematurely cause your new paint job to start chalking. It's always worth it to get it done right the first time.

Tell them to stop before either their skull or the wall is damaged.
