The four most important rivers are the

Delaware River (Philadelphia, border with New Jersey)

Schuylkill River (Philadelphia and points west)

Allegheny River (northwestern PA)

Monongahela River (southwestern PA)

The last two combine to form the Ohio River at Pittsburgh.

The longest river is the Susquehanna River, and its major tributary is the Juniata River. The Lehigh River is another major river.

Well in Pittsburgh there is where the Ohio, Monogahela and Allegheny rivers come together and then there are around 70 more to choose from, one being Susquehanna river
