There are actually twelve (12) states: Kentucky, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. I guess you could take the Dakotas out if you just want 10, but according to my research this is what I've come up with. If you have any additional information, please let me know.
