Mississippi River
The Red river
The Mississippi flows into the Gulf of Mexico just south of New Orleans.
It doesn't flow into a "sea". It flows into the Gulf of Mexico, part of the Atlantic Ocean. The Gulf is much larger than so many " seas " such as the Sea of Japan, between Russia and Japan, and the Aegean Sea of Southern Europe.
It's mouth is at the Gulf of Mexico (New Orleans, LA)
There is more than one river near New Orleans, but the largest one is the Mississippi River, which flows to the Gulf of Mexico.
It flows southward into the Gulf of Mexico.
The Mississippi river starts in northern Minnesota, at lake Itasca. Then it flows south and empties into the Gulf of Mexico. (It is debated if the Mississippi runs into the Missouri river or if the Missouri runs into the Mississippi river.)
The Mississippi River empties into the Gulf of Mexico in Louisiana.
