Which one? There are literally thousands of them. If you mean the Temple of Kukulcan or great pyramid in Chichen Itza, it was built around the 12th century.
it is thought to be used as a Mayan calendar
The Temple of Kukulcan, also known as El Castillo, is a step pyramid located in Chichen Itza, Mexico. The staircase on the northern side of the pyramid has 91 steps, which, when combined with the single step at the top platform, totals 92 steps. This number is significant as it corresponds to the number of days in the Mayan calendar. Each side of the pyramid has a staircase with a different number of steps, but the northern staircase is the most well-known and visited.
Kukulcan, a Mexican comic book character, was created by Edgar Clement in 1958. The character is inspired by Mayan culture and mythology, and is known for fighting supernatural threats in ancient Mexico.
