NOT Flamingos - people think that Flamingos eat them but they do not, they are vegetarian and eat blue green algae (which gives them their pink color).I do not think any birds eat brine shrimp.

Brine shrimp are commonly found in the saltiest bodies of water, that hardly any predators or prey could survive other than the brine shrimp. They could be hunted and found in about 250 places in the world, only because of the certain amount of salty lakes and oceans there are makes it harder and harder to find this species. Another name for this marine creature is artimiea.
Google Brine Pools or Liquid CO2 Lakes I think Brine Pools is probably the one you want. But I used both. (btw my teach asked me too! wth??)
Alkali flies and brine shrimp are the primary food sources for many organisms in the Mono Lake ecosystem. They form the base of the food web and are consumed by a variety of species including birds, fish, and insects.
I think that the Candy Stripe shrimp lives in Candyland, just around the corner from Queen Frostine in the Candy Castle.
