Yes, you can enchant a creature with hexproof to protect it from targeted spells and abilities. Hexproof prevents the enchanted creature from being the target of spells or abilities controlled by opponents.
You can enchant any creature with Spirit Link. And whenever that creature deals damage to anything you gain life equal to the damage the creature dealt. If you enchant it on a creature you control it will be almost like it had lifelink, except that this effect stacks. If you have two Spirit Link on a creature you control you will gain twice as much life as it dealt damage. Another difference from lifelink is that you will gain the life after the damage is dealt, if it had lifelink you would get the life at the same time.If you enchant it on a creature an opponent controls you will still get the life, not the controller of the creature, because it's your enchantment. So if an opponent attacks you with a creature you have enchanted with Spirit Link it will first deal damage to you, if you survive you will regain the life you lost.
Aura is a subtype of enchantments and dictates that enchantment is placed on whatever is defined in the rules text of that card; for example if the card said 'Enchant creature' it would come into play enchanting whichever target creature was declared when it was cast. Creatures are not the only thing that can be enchanted, certain cards enchant lands, artifacts and even players, there is even an oddball aura that enchants a card in your graveyard. If the target of that aura is removed before the spell resolves, the aura has no legal targets to enchant and will 'fizzle', if the aura's target is removed after it has been enchanted, the aura is destroyed as well as a state based effect.
Enchant is a verb, it has no pronoun form

Protection From: in Magic the Gathering means a selection of things. The Protected permanent cannot be damaged by a source it is protected from, nor can it be enchanted/equipped, nor can it be blocked, nor can it be targeted. Players refer to this as DEBT protection - Damage, Enchant/Equip, Block, Target. So a creature with Protection from Green cannot take any damage from a Green source, it can't be enchanted or Equipped with a green Aura or Equip (equips are generally colourless but it's not impossible for them to have one), it cannot be blocked by Green creatures, and it can't be targeted by a Green spell or ability. If however a Green effect does not do any of the above, then Protection will not stop it. If a green spell said 'tap all creatures controlled by target opponent', none of this is covered by 'DEBT' so the protected creature will still be tapped. Note also that non-targeted damage (ie, Hurricane) is still protected against because it deals damage. Lastly, if a creature/spell is multicolour, everything it does, like damage or targeting, counts as being each of those colours. So if the creature is Green/Red, it is still a Green creature so can't block a protection from: Green creature, nor deal damage to it if itself was blocked by one.
You need to level up to enchant items.
I would enchant it to mage because all of its attacks are magical.
To enchant sapphire items you need level 7 magic. Have one Water Rune and one Cosmic Rune in your inventory. Click on the spell "Lvl-1 Enchant" in your spell book. Then it will show you your inventory. Click on a sapphire ring, necklace, bracelet or amulet and it will then enchant it (only members of Runescape can enchant rings, necklaces and bracelets).
Enchantedly.
