Yes of course you can! All you have to do is stick the head back on and press down on it really hard until you hear a click. If that doesn't work then you might want to try using super glue or crazy clue. Hope that solves your problem!
Well my seal broke but i just super glued the head back on. It wont bobble, but you will still have the pet.
