Computer literacy means that you're familiar with computers and aren't intimidated by the technology. A computer literate person knows how to send e-mail and how to surf the internet and doesn't have to ask somebody how to install a program. It doesn't mean that you're a computer expert, but that you know the basics and recognize computer terms for the most part without having to look them up.
