You'll need the Digital Choice handheld unit, the USB cable that came with it, and a PC with an internet connection. Open browser and go to mytpchoice.com where you can download and install the Digital Choice Desktop Application. Install and launch that program - it will require that you to plug in the handheld w/the USB cable, and turn it on. Once that is done, there is a "Getting Started guide" you can link to that will walk you through the rest of the category download. Note that it is a 2 step process - you download the categories to your PC, then you upload them to the handheld.
