They Already have one out -nods- Its awsome :) You can find it on the internet it is in with the 'life on a muder scene' DVD :) They're going to release a live DVD this year with the performances from their Black Parade tour. (THE BLACK PARADE IS DEAD! is live)

Yes, there will be. I recently watched an interview with Noel Fielding where he mentions that they recently shot the live DVD. The cover for the DVD is also as there background on there myspace page. Im not sure when the release of the DVD will be though sorry. Hope that helps =]
