Where can you buy the rubik cube clock?

One of the major sources is the US Chess Federation, who publish a catalog in conjunction with their magazine Chess Life. There are specialty shops that cary clocks, but not with any great variation in models. If you visit a major chess tournament site, there will often be vendors present, but again not mauch variety.
