I am also having this problem. I sent an email to Konami requesting their assistance. They sent me a URL that requests an official store code. The code seems to be different then the player id (on 6 digits). The only thing I can think to tell you is contact the gaming store in which you received your cossy id. Sorry, I know this really does not help, but its one less thing to try.
