In Indiana, there is no specific legal age at which a child can live alone. However, it is generally recommended that a child be at least 14 years old before being left home alone for an extended period of time. Parents or guardians should use their judgment based on the child's maturity and ability to care for themselves.

* If she's a minor then phone her parents and tell them she has fallen asleep. Parents worry about their children. They may ask you to wake your friend up and send them home. The other alternative is to wake your friend up and send them home. If neither of you are minors then throw a blanket over her and leave her alone.
