An address book is where you put all your contacts in
Just above the compose, there is an option of Contacts. You can manage your address book there. All the contacts are added in that tab.
To get your address book on your Samsung tablet, depends on what type of address book you are using. If you are using Yahoo contacts, for example, you can download a Yahoo app on your tablet, then sync it to get all of your contacts on your tablet.
Address Book for Windows 7 has been renamed to, "Windows Contacts" (.contact).
