Armenia is a country between the Middle East, and Europe. so it has a mix of races. some people, look whiter than others because of ancestry closer to Europe or Russia. others share closer ancestry to turkey or Iran making them appear darker skinned. but all armenians regardless of skin colour have their own features such as noses, eyebrows, hair colour, height. ffor example, swedish people are taller, british people have brown hair, Greeks have darker skin etc etc. it could even be argued that armenians are a race of their own because it is one of the oldest countries on earth spanning thousands of years.

(Most Kurds actually fought alongside the Ottomans.) There were also repressions of Syrian Arabs in southern Anatolia to prevent them from uniting with the British led Meccan Arab Revolts.
