Yes. Everyone over the age of 18 in China with a Chinese passport and not living in any autonomous regions can vote. But then again, there is no vote for the president. Central committee decides.
The people vote for a local commissar (political leader of a town or small region) who in turn votes for someone above him, so on until the central committee.
This way, even those in the government get the vote. Equality is a pillar of Communism although it's difficult to see China as Communist anymore.
Yes, of course we're allowed to vote. there's no reason why autistic people wouldn't be allowed to vote, to stop autistic people from voting would be a major civil rights issue and serious prejudice.
no because they are bad people to vote
I personally think they should be allowed to vote as long as they know who they are voting for and their terms.
In Ancient Greece, citizens were allowed to vote for their leader (but only men were considered citizens. women were not allowed to vote until 1918 and only at 30 years of age).
1955
They allowed people to vote.
people to vote
China is a democracy in name only as there is no opposition allowed to the ruling government. You may vote only as directed by the rulers.
Unlike Denmark and Serbia people in China are unable to vote in elections instead they puts their thumbs up and point at the candidate they forsee as a fit leader for the proud people of China. Springrolls may also be involved.
