This is unusual a country now a republilc using a monarchist device on insignia of the official Naval service- but it is traditional- like Confederate-based state flags of some of our Southern States. the Triple Crown is ONE CROWN with Three points- not three separate crowns, like the SAS insigne ( the three Scandinavian monarchies) There is an anchor in the center- of course symbolizing the Navy.
