White citizens of Ghana are quite uncommon, but they are not completely unheard of. Nearly all of them are English-speaking, either Anglo-Africans or other Europeans who have gathered around the descendants of the original British colonials.

According to a census taken in the year 2000, locally-born white people in Ghana with European ancestry constituted under seven per cent of the population. I expect the current numbers are close to one or two per cent at best.
