Yes there are white (Caucasian) Ghanaians; please see the wikipedia proof and citation sources below and read this full answer for it is the truth. There are about 1,404,000 people that are citizens of and living in Ghana who are not of African descent, being 7.8% of the total population. To say that Ghana is 100% "black" is a bold face lie. How does this determine how may Ghanaians are white/pale skined, well honestly not very much. However, it assures us that there are white Ghanaians. If you are "dating" a white Ghanaian don't just instantly assume you can not trust her/him. Remember God is color blind, not a respector of "persons" (ethnic groups, "religious" groups, culture groups, etc.), and He sacrificed His only begotten son for the entire world, not just parts of it, and redemption is for every human soul that believeth in His son.

Population24,223,431 (2010 provisional census figures); 23, 382, 848 (July 2008 est.); 19,533,560(2001 est.)

note: estimates for this country explicitly take into account the effects of excess mortality due to AIDS; this can result in lower life expectancy, higher infant mortality and death rates, lower population and growth rates, and changes in the distribution of population by age and sex than would otherwise be expected
