In Florida a pregnant minor can apply for a marriage license without parental permission, but that doesn't necessarily mean that one will be issued. The county court judge may or may not, at his or her discretion, issue the license, which means they can say 'no', and in all likelihood, unless there are extenuating circumstances, they probably will say 'no'. Judges don't like to override a parents authority, and they likely won't do it *merely* because you're pregnant and you're too impatient to wait a year to get married.
