America's currency is the Dollar while Egypt uses the Pound.

Women are free to dress however they choose in America, but in Egypt, women should not wear shorts or sleeveless blouses.

The holy day or day of rest for America is Sunday but is Friday for Egypt.

Crime is rare in Egypt but expected in America.

When greeting, men will kiss men on the cheek in Egypt but this might be seen as homosexual in America.

If invited to someone's home for dinner, it is customary to bring flowers in America but sweets in Egypt (flowers are reserved for the sick or weddings).

Egypt people pray five times a day publicly, but in America we usually pray before bed.

I'm sure this is not all but this is what I learned from visiting the country.
