The only advice I can offer is to call animal control. They will no how to handle the situation. Possibly a pest control company may may be able to handle it. All I know is that you don't need to get bitten even if the black snake is not poisonous. The snake's mouth might carry bacteria and other organisms that could cause you to get sick.
