Yes, but not really. Let me explain.

North Carolina is an NFA state. However, they don't make it easy. If you're not an FFL licenced dealer with a range where these weapons will be shot (presumably, they would be rented out), you're probably not going to get approved.

If you live in Wake, Johnston, or Cumberland County, none of the Sherriffs of those counties will permit your NFA tax stamp to go through, period.
