However If you can manage to enter a different billing adress (for example I entered Punjab India) you'll be able to play o xbox live. However you cannot buy goods via the Xbox when you do this. However if you can buy your Xbox addons and passes from places abroad you'll be able to redeem the codes in Sri Lanka ob your Xbox.
