Mary Queen of Scots, child of James V of Scotland and Mary of Guise, had nine siblings known siblings. They were all illegitimate as James was notorious for having affairs.

Answer She was the only surviving legitimate child of James V of Scotland and Mary de Guise but she did have two legitimate brothers that died as infants. However, James V had numerous illegitimate children, nine of which are known and three of which were fathered before the age of twenty.

Her mother , Mary of Guise was a French noblewoman. She died early in Mary"s reignand for some reason Mary sStuart was not permitted to attend her funeral. Her great Uncle was Henry VIII so Mary, Elizabeth and Edward were her second cousins

Henry VIII's sister Mary had several children Francis, Eleanore, and Henry. Francis had several children Ladys Jane, Mary and Katherine Grey who would have been her cousins as well.

Her grandmother Margret (the sister of Henry VIII) was married three times. Mary's father was the product of her first marriage and Margret had a daughter Margret from her second marriage (who would have been Mary's Aunt) Mary was married to her cousin Henry (the son of the second Margret)

One of the half sisters of her father came with her when she went to France and became the mistress of the King of France. Her Aunt gave birth to a child who biologically would have been Mary's cousin and after her marriage her half-sibling in law.
