Yes definately. You'd be crazy to still go there. You'd have to wear a safety mask over your face. Over 100 people have already died in less than a fortnight. Risking the chances of catching a deadly virus for a vacation? I don't think so.

Yes. For a short time during the initial stages of evaluation of the epidemic in Mexico, it was advised by the US authorities that people restrict travel to Mexico unless absolutely necessary. Many people did cancel planned trips and vacations in Mexico just to be on the safe side. Once the rapid spread of the virus occurred to the US and Canada, and treatment and severity had been fully explored, it was no longer suggested that travel be restricted, unless you had the symptoms yourself or you had underlying health problems that put you more at risk.
