Not at all they arequiet little goats. I have 8 and love them from a breeders point of view. I can sell my females for $250 dollars easily and males for $200 dollars!! Strongly recommended Much better than fat little homely Pygmy's. My friend has a pygmy that climbs fences and is a really bad kidder.
Go Pygmy's NIGERIAN DWARF GOATS!
like a sheep's noise
When goats make a lot of noise it is called bleating.
A Nigerian Dwarf goat is between 17" and 21" at the shoulder when grown. They are primarily used as a dairy breed, and produce large amounts of milk for their size. ND goats are fairly tame by nature, and will become very tame with a small amount of effort. Some breeders bottle feed all kids to maintain a very tame herd. A tame nature is common in dairy breeds, as goats must be handled daily when collecting milk. This trait has been selectively bred into Nigerian Dwarf goats.Sources:http:/hubpageszperiodzcom/hub/NDGzhyphenzgeneralcare
no, it is very similar though. Every goat and sheep is different, but the noise centers into a "goat sounding" or "sheep sounding" noise witch are similar.
Because they are happy.
A maaahhhh type sound. (try finding a recording of one online)
because something some thing has scared them du lol
Yes, you can buy Nigerian Dwarf goats here in the UK. We have a breeding herd of beautiful little Nigerians specially chosen for their looks and their temperament. Both sexes (all our males are surgically castrated by our vet before they leave home) make great pets and the females can also give a useful amount of milk when they have kidded. We keep all our babies up to about 4 or 5 months so they have the best possible start in life and then only sell to approved, loving homes. If you would like more information or would like to go on a waiting list for next kidding season (early Spring but these cute kids sell fast!) please contact us on fruitfarmminigoats@yahoo.com
No, sheep produce lambs, and goats produce kids. Both offspring is of different genus as with the parents.
The sound is called a bleat. As to what the sound actually sounds like, that depends on the breed of goat. For instance, my french alpine makes a low hum that sounds like she is saying "mommmm." My Nigerian dwarfs, on the other hand, make a sound similar to that of a sheep.
They make excrement but not make fudge.
Yes we use them for milk and we can make cheese out of the milk. Goats are also produced for their meat and fibre (Angoras and cashmere goats). Some goats are used to pull small carts and carry equipment - packgoats.
