I found That Billie Bearden was the main Player as "The Enforce", Billie Grew up on the city Streets of Detroit Michigan in the 1940s-1950s. He was reported to have done his 1st Hit or Kill at the age of 12. Billie relocated to a small town in Northwest Georgia. There he became owner of the Largest Family Owned Transportation Company in the United States. Operating some 2,500 Hundred Semi Trucks and some 5,000+ 53' Dry Box and Reefer Trailers. He would Later open up a Number of Carpet stores, in Dalton, Ga., Savannah, Ga., Brunswick Ga., Albany, Ga., Dothan Al, Jacksonville FL, Billie left a trail witnesses behind some say he had made over 75 so called hits. Billie Bearden was worth an estimated $235,000,000.00 Million Dollars at his height of his Career. In 2006 Billie Bearden, His Wife Frances Bearden were Killed in an Automobile accident coming from Nashville, TN. Though his Death has raised many Questions and Speculations, Ultimately his death was ruled an Accident. Today his son Rodney Bearden is reported to be over this faction.

Not in the traditional sense. The majority of "organized crime" in Alabama is centered around bookmaking and the like. Extortion is very limited. Fencing, trafficking, and the actual stealing of the goods is much more rampant but is difficult if at all possible to link this to "organized crime". "Organized crime" not being 4 buddies who steal stuff together. "Organized Crime" groups that operate in the state are generally associated with more significant groups out of the state.
