No. Israel is heterogeneous. There are Jews from whole variety of European countries, Arab countries, indigenous peoples, Africans, Indians, and Southeast Asians. The vast majority of Israel's population today is descended from immigrants or the children of immigrants who came sometime in the last 100 years.
