You mean get a citizenship? If you're a woman its easy; just marry a Saudi. However if you're a man, you pretty much need a personal invitation from the king himself; in Saudi Arabia only the king has the power to grant citizenship. Grant citizenship that is, to a woman not marrying anyone, or a man, even if they are an Arab, citizenship is only accorded by royal decree. A Saudi friend of mine was asked about that by an American Muslim who was curious. If you are going in as a laborer, a foreign worker, just a travel visa and no criminal reccord, it is also better if you are a Muslim. Word of warning regarding Saudi Arabia though; don't go unless you're white, have a personal invitation from the king, or have an escape plan of some sort.
