unless you have access to a milling machine you don't make one do what i did Google lynx optics and order one ,it will need fitting by a gun smith or you can drill and tap the action yourself these are not those crappy no gunsmithing required ones(which will not hold zero ) they are the real Mcoy and are what you require i hope i have saved you time looking as trust me i looked for a very long time to find a decent mount BTW the cost to me was $144.00 Australian hope this has helped regards Andy
