I've got 3 methods; for light reshaping, hold the hat over a pot (or kettle) of boiling water and let the steam soften it up, then reshape it with your hands. Another method is to take a spray bottle of warm water and moisten the brim, then use a hairdryer to dry it after you've shaped it. The last home method I know of is to lay a slightly damp cloth over the brim and use an iron on MEDIUM heat. If you have anything really serious I might just send it to a hatter, as difficult as those are to find nowadays.
