No... Wonder Woman doesn't have a whip, she has a magic lasso
It is sometimes referred to as a lasso, which is , of course a Western term. Some Lassos used in the Wild West were up to 80 feet long, and coiled when not in use. the device is not, and is not called a Whip, and it is not electrically charged, unlike the fun House dwarf-clown"s (arm) at steeplechase park in days of yore. * Correction - Wonder Woman carries a lariat, and when she uses it it is the Lasso of Truth. Lasso is a verb, and does not describe the rope but its use.

Wonder Woman's iconic Lasso of Truth is typically depicted as being made from the fictional material known as "The Golden Girdle of Gaea." In some iterations of the comic books and movies, it is also referred to as the "Lasso of Hestia." This mystical rope is indestructible and compels those ensnared by it to tell the truth.
