There are at least 13 Romes in the United States alone, two of which are in Wisconsin. That doesn't take into account cities which might be named Roma, however, which is the actual ancient name of Rome.

There's at least one Roma in the United States (in Texas), and Roma is the preferred spelling outside North America and Europe for such cities.

There are cities or towns named Roma in:

Indonesia, Lesotho, Australia, two in Ecuador, Romania, Sweden.

So the grand total is at least 21, and there's at least one on every continent excluding Antarctica.
