It's going to be a very long time before anyone visits Jupiter, so no one knows the cost. I personally don't believe it'll ever happen that anyone will visit Jupiter. I'd imagine you'd need to win the lottery several times if you wanted to go to Jupiter.
From what perspective? From Earth, you will never see Jupiter go across the Sun, as the Earth is much closer to the Sun than Jupiter.
So far, no person has gone to Jupiter. Even sending unmanned probes is terribly expensive. I don't think our technology is advanced enough to send a person that far. It may be in a few years, but not yet.
As of now, there is no feasible method for humans to reach Jupiter, as it is a gas giant located over 365 million miles away from Earth. The cost of building a spacecraft capable of reaching and exploring Jupiter would be astronomical.

Quite simply, at this point - as of 2015 - the technology is not yet ready yet to send a human. So far, humans have not even been sent to Mars, which is much closer. As for the future cost, as the technology improves, you can expect the cost to go down. Especially, if better drives are developed, that allow spaceships to get there faster, the cost of life-support will be greatly reduced.
Well, that all depends. I have seen Jupiter polo shirts cost from anywhere from $2 at second hand stores, to over $50 dollars new. Also, where are you located? Depending on where you live that will affect price.

A good slogan for Jupiter would be: "Jupiter--go big or go home!"
