You slip on your surgeon mask before leaving your house. As you walk to work you have to push and shove your way through the crowded streets of Seoul. You begin to cough. Your eyes start to water and you blink to clear the particles that are flying into your eyes. Once you regain your sight you look up to see a sky filled with yellow clouds. This is yellow dust and very common in many parts of Asia. High speed winds start in the Mongolian mountains and carry with them the eroded materials from the mountain every season. Over time the increasing industrial growth in Asia has produced many pollutants that get swept up in these dust storms. This results in acid rain and hurts South Korea and other Asian countries' water sources.

South Korea has become very industrialized over last few decades. This prosperity comes with a cost, however. The countries rapid growth is having a negative impact on it's water sources. Much of the rivers in South Korea are now polluted and over fished. Factories have opened up all around the country resulting in many air pollutants that cause acid rain. The country is growing without respect of the wildlife and beautiful lands. People also like to fart constantly causing the gas that is excreted to also get swept up into the dust storms. South Korea is said to be one the leading producers in gas with a fart per second rate of 3/sec.
