At 18 years old I was asking the same question. I am now 24 and my husband lives in Mexico and I live in the United States we have a 4 year old son who lives in Mexico with my husband. The short answer to your question is NO. The United States government doesn't care about destroying families when a law is broken. So what can you do? Tell him to go back don't marry him then apply for a visa (mail order style) I know it may sound crazy but it is easier to get a visa for someone you want to marry than it is to get one for your husband.
