kinda yes, actually dongsaengs respect their unni because they are older, so they get treated as that .
you use formal speak with them, you can't disrespect them , you cant raise your voice at them (if you was the dongsaeng)
take me for example my unni can hit me, say pabo to me ,use informal speak with me but i still respect her .....
and if they do it its dosen`t mean that the unnis are bullying ... it means that the dongsaengs respect them and they are polite
