Dr. Andrew P. Jones is a fraud. He did graduate from med school in 1986, however, there is NO ACTUAL women's health institute of texas. It is a mailbox at a PostNet store. Suit brought against him by the Texas Medical Board is still current as of Aug.23rd, 2011. Docket number (503-10-5868.MD ). It can be looked up at soah.state.tx.us.com . He has dozens upon dozens of websites of varying names all leading to him where he touts a vitamin called Iodine Plus 2, which is made by Natural Living, Inc. in Las Vegas Nevada which he also owns. Natural Living as well as Women's Health Institute of Texas have been given a rating of "F" by the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to complaints brought against them.

Jones, M.D., entered into a Mediated Agreed Order publicly reprimanding Dr. Jones and resolving a Formal Complaint filed by the Board at the State Office of Administrative Hearings. The Order requires Dr. Jones to pass within one year and within three attempts the Medical Jurisprudence Exam, complete eight hours of CME in ethics and pay an administrative penalty of $10,000 within 60 days. The Board found Dr. Jones violated Board rules that govern the use of the internet in medical practice, used false or misleading advertising, non-therapeutically prescribed drugs or treatment and failed to practice medicine in an acceptable professional manner.
