Yes, better health care and just overall much better!

Yes, Canada ist better but if it means anything, US isn't really better than Canada.

Each country has its pros and cons and Healthcare isn't exactly something Canada would want to throw in somebody's face as a pro. Just because its free doesn't make it good, you could have free healthcare and a brick lands on your head.. you could be waiting for hours to see a doctor, while when paying for healthcare it makes people not want to go waste money and a doctor visit on a simple common cold, therefor less people you would have to wait behind to see a doctor, seeing as the waiting room isn't full of a bunch of people needing to see a doctor over a simple cut on the finger, so free healthcare isn't all its cracked up to be, I would have to say America's healthcare is better but it certainly doesn't save you a shiny penny.

You would have to go do your own research for a question like this, see what country has the most pros you like.

Neither is more beautiful then the other....both countries have great features.
