Croatians like to think of themselves as really fortunate people, but the truth is that we are not. Lot of people don't have money, jobs, homes and feel miserable. We live on credit and we are sinking down. But most of people don't understand how can we be poor, we have beautiful sea and islands, mountains and arable land. But politicians aren't trying to get us out of this situation they just do nothing and we are going to collapse, soon.

However, the external debt of Croatia was estimated at 99% of its GDP in 2011 and practically 50% of its GDP in terms of public debt. Despite this, this is generally low among European countries today.

Montenegro is more poor then rich it's beautiful but not the best
