It is actually split by the line. The line is an extension of the Pennsylvania/Maryland line and is at 39°43′20″. That would mean it would pass thru Indiana about 5 miles south of downtown Indianapolis. Indiana was not effected by the line. Also, Indiana did not become a US state until 1816.
