The poverty level is very low in Norway. Lately there have been a higher level, but you have to understand that Norway is a very rich country and so therefore being poor in Norway is not the same as anywhere else. A single parent with the salary of 126000 NOK or less is considered poor or a family with two parents who together make 215000 NOK is poor.

high - I almost went out and bought a plastma tv cause I didn't have anyhting to spend my money on; I already had my own computer, 500dollar un-used gym membership, camera, mobile phone, tv, horse, vacation trip planned, clothes etc.

I'm seventeen, go to a school (the state pays for all of that of couse) and work very modestly. It'so high we're obese and spoiled. So spoiled we can't even be bothered to work (we get payed the same if we're home and sick), or vote (the politicians can't do so much wrong with so many money to spend can they?).
