Portland, Oregon's biggest city is nothing but snooty bums that cannot comprehend driving and was voted the 8th rudest city in the world. People will argue that, they think they are artsy and innovative which they are it's just bad art and obvious innovations for the sake of looking cool. Washington produces natural talent, Jimmy Hendrix, Kurt Cobain, Bing Crosby, Bill Gates, Kenny Loggins, just to name a few. Northern Washington is the most beautiful with the most activities, however it is sadly the most expensive place in Washington to live since it is so gorgeous and lush. The only bad thing is Californian's come up to Washington to live, more and more, all the time. Overall Washington is always a safe bet.
