Yes because we helped Russia when World War 1 was going on, and we have came in and won that war all by our selves. Also we have won a ton of other wars too.

One should not be too vainglorious about this sort of thing. For a start, the above answer completely neglects the part played by the British and their colonies in WW2. It's absolute nonsense to say that the US won the war "all by ourselves". What about the Eastern Front? The Russians looked after that completely alone - no US forces there at all!!

And the original question asked whether the US is stronger than Russia and the fact that the US helped Russia in WW1 has nothing to do with it.

Before the Olympics allowed professional players, the Russians and countries previously under their power won the most metals. This does not mean they are stronger than Americans. Russian Olympians were trained since a young age to do the sport they were chosen to. That's all they did all day long, everyday.
