Is every city in Europe expensive for tourist?

Europe is the most expensive continent for tourists. But luckily Europe is very diverse, poor Albania would be funny chip, but i.e. prices in Norway the country with the highest incomes per capita in the world, overwhelm.

1.The most expensive is Northern Europe (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland),

2. then Western one (Belgium, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco),

3. then Southern(Portugal, Italy, Greece, Spain),

4. Central (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Rep., Estonia, Hungary ),

5. Southeastern and Eastern (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Albania, Balkans, Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria).

i have been to a few cities in Europe and I would say Denmark is one of the most expensive, while places like Prague are the cheapest.
