With exceptions for the Big Island's highest point at Mauna Kea (highest point in all of the Pacific Ocean) and certain times of the year on the peaks of Haleakala National Park on the island of Maui, you will never see snow/cold ice form.

All of the Hawaiian islands fall below the Tropic of Cancer. General rule of thumb: any country/location at sea level that falls between the Tropic of Cancer/Capricorn will have favorable weather year round. The keywords here are 'sea level' 'Tropic of Cancer' and 'Tropic of Capricorn' .
